Nkosinathi has experience within the Insolvent and deceased estates department at the firm where he has handled administration of insolvent estates, liquidations and sequestrations. Focusing on debt recoveries, recovery of assets, debtor and creditor engagement and all related advice and support.


Nkosinathi Sobele graduated from the University of Fort Hare with a Baccaleareus Curationis degree in 2009,  and went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws degree and Insolvency Law and Practice certificate in 2020. He attended the UCT School of Legal Practice in 2021. Nkosinathi previously worked and held various positions in the healthcare industry for more than 14 years for the health department and the City of Cape Town Municipality. He joined the firm as candidate attorney in 2023 and was admitted as an attorney in July 2024.  Nkosinathi is committed in serving clients with precision and respect, to ensure matters are resolved in a most cost-effective manner.

Nkosinathi is an avid hiker and enjoys reading, cycling.
