The PH Group was established in 2006 by founding member firm PH Attorneys and has since evolved to become the Largest Legal Network in South Africa and the only network of its kind that caters exclusively to the needs of South African law firms.

The PH Group was established in response to an identified need of small and medium-sized law firms to form part of a larger network and so gain access to shared resources, expertise and economies of scale.

The Conveyancing Department is headed by Werner de Jager. The team consists of Adéle Burgers, Zelda Petzer, Evette Lisher and Ronel Crouse, conveyancing paralegals, each with more than 20 years of experience. Further assisting the conveyancing team is candidate attorney Olivia Mukozhiwa.

Our firm is on the panel of ABSA Bank, Nedbank, First National Bank, and Standard Bank. We also do mortgage bond registrations for the Humansdorp Co-operative Limited.

Deborah Joubert heads our Administration of Deceased Estates Division. We strongly believe in being equipped with the latest software systems in order to facilitate the administration of both insolvent and deceased estates. Our deceased estate administrative software programs enable us to expedite the winding up of deceased estates.  

Our firm has a branch in Kenton-on-Sea to render the aforesaid service to surrounding residents. 

In addition to estate planning, which includes the formation of trusts, the administration of trusts and the amendment of trust deeds, we also work closely with auditing firms in order to affect the most tax efficient estate planning in line with best tax practice.
