Olivia Mukozhiwa

Olivia specializes in Conveyancing and Notarial Practice, with a focus on real estate, banking, and property finance. Her work encompasses the registration and cancellation of mortgage bonds for major South African banks, property transfers, consolidations, subdivisions, and the preparation of Notarial Deeds. She works extensively with farming, commercial, and residential properties, offering clients comprehensive support in diverse and complex transactions.

She holds both a Bachelor of Social Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Rhodes University. 

Beyond her legal career, Olivia enjoys traveling and hiking.
