Leo obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Rhodes University. During his time at university, he was actively involved in student life—serving on various society committees, participating in sports, and engaging in outdoor and cultural activities.

He completed his articles of clerkship at Whitesides Attorneys, gaining practical experience in debt recovery, deceased estates, and civil litigation, while also being exposed to a broad range of legal fields.

Leo joined De Jager Lordan Inc. in 2020 and has since developed a strong practice in conveyancing, commercial and notarial work. Now a Director at the firm, he specialises in commercial contracting, business structuring, estate planning, and property law, while remaining committed to assisting clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters.

In his spare time, Leo enjoys hiking, running, and video games.
