Olivia Mukozhiwa

Olivia specialises in various aspects of Conveyancing and Notarial Practice. She has a keen interest in registration and cancellation of mortgage bonds, property transfers, consolidations, subdivisions and preparation of Notarial Deeds.

She takes pride in her meticulous nature. This is crucial in her field considering the demand by the Deeds Office for precise documents. 

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws from Rhodes University. During her time at university, she tutored Legal Theory and International Relations students. She also participated in the Ncedana Mentoring program where she assisted students to prepare for exams. This strongly contributed to her time management skills and her ability to interact with people from different walks of life.
